We’re on the hunt for an experienced Project Engineer to drive projects from planning through to delivery, keeping timelines, budgets and quality firmly on track.
You’ll be hands-on from day one, working closely with project managers, site teams and clients to keep projects moving and solve problems before they become issues. You’ll be joining a well-regarded business delivering projects across energy, petrochemical, dairy, pharma, geothermal, water, and infrastructure, with a strong reputation and a solid pipeline ready to go.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the coordination and delivery of small to medium projects
- Support site operations teams and coordinating field crews
- Manage client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Lead tendering and contributing to project wins
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers and logistics
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
What you need:
- 7–10 years’ experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong background in industrial, EPC, construction or heavy industry
- Proven track record delivering profitable projects both on-site and in-office
- Solid commercial acumen and financial management capability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships
- Commitment to health and safety
- Relevant technical background (engineering, oil & gas, heavy industry, etc.)
- Strong technical capability with hands-on site experience
