Key Responsibilities
- Operating roll forming and production equipment
- Safely moving and handling materials throughout the facility
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Reporting equipment faults and production issues promptly
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets
- Previous labouring, factory or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift Licence (advantageous but not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
