You will be responsible for working as part of a team to contribute to the manufacturing of concrete pipes and precast construction products at our client's site in Hornby. This is a permanent afternoon/night shift role, working 4:00pm – 12:00am.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing concrete pipes
- Stripping moulds and reassembling them
- Working collaboratively to operate machinery
- Preparing, assembling, checking, and cleaning moulds
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Pouring concrete
- Reporting all incidents and near misses
- Progressing to operating large machinery used in pipe production
Please note this is a physically demanding role, requiring you to be on your feet for most of the shift. You’ll be joining a fun, energetic, and supportive team environment.
