This role is suited to someone confident operating machinery in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment.
What’s on offer:
- $26 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Monday to Thursday | 5:00 AM start (10-hour shifts)

- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Maintain consistent output and quality standards
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out minor adjustments
- Support general production and manual handling tasks
- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to handle manual, repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to early morning starts
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Must have legal right to work in New Zealand
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Full Class 1 licence and reliable transport preferred
- Experience in heavy manufacturing or production environments
