The Opportunity:
As a Principal Consultant at Stellar, you’ll play a key role in driving business development, managing key client relationships, and delivering recruitment solutions across your specialist market.
You’ll have the support of an established brand, experienced leadership team, and collaborative culture while having the autonomy to build and grow your desk your way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships within your specialist industry
• Drive business development and identify new growth opportunities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across permanent and contract positions
• Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
• Deliver exceptional service and market insight to both clients and candidates
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of Stellar’s national business

• Proven agency recruitment experience within a specialist market
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• A commercially driven mindset with a passion for delivering results
