Pipe fitter – North Island
We’re seeking experienced Pipe fitters to join our high-performing engineering team, working across multiple sites across the North Island. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, assembly, maintenance and repair of piping systems. You will work with a variety of materials including carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring all work meets project standards, safety requirements, and technical specifications.

What you'll do:
- Read and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and technical plans
- Assist with pipe cutting and weld preparation
- Support the installation of valves, pumps, and mechanical equipment
- Working closely with supervisors, welders and project engineers
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on all tasks
What you need:
- Proven experience as an industrial pipe fitter
- Ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and plans
- Experience working with various pipe materials (HDPE fusion experience is a bonus)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work as part of a team
