We're Looking for:
- Strong end-to-end payroll experience
- Experience processing high-volume weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls
- Exposure to payroll within mining, construction, resources or other heavy industries
- Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, allowances, overtime and roster arrangements
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working across multiple payroll systems
- Strong Excel capability, including lookups and payroll reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees, site teams and internal stakeholder.
