We’re seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our clients busy multi‑franchise dealership in the light automotive space.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians to support efficient vehicle servicing and repairs
- Providing professional counter support to retail and trade customers
- Accurate parts interpretation and quoting across multiple franchises
- Processing sales, invoices, and credits using dealership systems (e.g. DMS)
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely parts availability
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and customer service
- Essential: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment (light or heavy automotive)
- Strong understanding of automotive parts, systems, and dealership workflows
- Ability to work confidently across multiple vehicle brands
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Exposure to multiple brands across the light automotive sector
