About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support day-to-day business operations within a busy and fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organised, and thrives in a team-focused workplace.
This role is 3 days a week and would suit an experienced administrator looking for more work life balance or someone looking to return to the workforce with strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support to the wider team
- Managing emails, phone calls, and customer enquiries
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Assisting with invoicing and purchase orders where required
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
About You
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Professional presentation and phone manner
