The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the founder, you will take ownership of the journey from concept through to a fully operational accommodation business.
Joining during the formative stages, you will influence how the asset is designed, fitted out, marketed and operated, ensuring every decision contributes to an exceptional resident experience and commercially successful business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside the development team to influence design, fit-out, functionality and operational readiness.
- Developing the operating model, systems, processes and technology required to launch and manage the facility.
- Establishing the commercial strategy, including pricing, leasing, marketing and resident acquisition.
- Building, leading and developing the team responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience.
- Overseeing pre-opening preparations, commissioning, mobilisation and the transition into operations.
- Driving occupancy, revenue, operating performance and resident satisfaction.
- Creating a scalable operating blueprint to support future developments across the eastern seaboard.
You will bring proven leadership experience from the student accommodation, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) or co-living sector.
Importantly, you will have previously played a leading role in taking a new accommodation development from concept or pre-opening through to a successful operating business.
