Stellar Recruitment are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and minor works projects across a busy Building Services division.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance of multiple electrical and mechanical projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.
This role also leads project supervisors, site teams, and support staff while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial and operational performance across multiple projects
- Oversee maintenance contracts and minor works delivery
- Lead and mentor supervisors and site teams
- Monitor job costs, forecasts, and project programs
- Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues early
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
