About the Role:

As an Onboarding Administrator you'll play a vital role in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Your attention to detail, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be key in creating a ''Stellar'' onboarding process.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in the onboarding process by guiding candidates through necessary paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing regular updates on onboarding details, project progress, and any additional documentation or training needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and project information in our database, ensuring all records are organised and easily accessible.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during the onboarding process, finding timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure candidates meet all necessary compliance and regulatory requirements, keeping meticulous records of safety inductions, medical assessments, and certifications.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the d onboarding processes, proposing innovative ideas and contributing to the development of best practices.
As you can see, you'll play a vital role in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Your attention to detail, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be key in creating a ''Stellar'' onboarding process.

About you: 
  • Previous experience in similar role (mobilisation, onboarding or recruitment) is highly admirable or in q blue collar environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administration position
  • Great attention to detail, detail is key! 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly and positive mindset, bring a ''can do attitude''
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Attention to detail for handling documentation and paperwork
  • Organisational and time management abilities
