The Opportunity
 
This is an opportunity to join a large-scale mining services provider, supporting major operations across Australia with a strong focus on production, safety, and efficiency. Known for delivering high-volume outcomes in complex environments, the business operates across multiple sites and partners closely with clients to keep projects moving.

Reporting into the recruitment team, you’ll play a key role in keeping onboarding and recruitment operations running smoothly across a large, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on coordination role, heavily focused on moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process from offer stage through to site readiness. You’ll be responsible for managing compliance, documentation, and system actions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

This position is best suited to someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being office-based, working closely with recruitment and HR teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes from offer through to mobilisation
  • Prepare and issue contracts, offers, and employment documentation
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks including medicals, compliance, and site requirements
  • Ensure all candidates are fully cleared and ready for start dates
  • Update and manage recruitment systems, records, and workflows
  • Support interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communication where required
  • Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to keep processes moving
  • Maintain compliance with internal approvals, governance, and reporting requirements
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support to Recruitment Advisors

About you

You are organised, detail-focused and comfortable supporting recruitment activity in a fast-paced, structured environment.

You will bring:
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, or HR administration
  • Exposure to high-volume or structured recruitment environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Confidence working across systems and keeping data accurate
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A proactive approach to keeping processes on track
  • Comfort working in an office-based, team-driven environment
