With a steady pipeline of work and a busy operations team, they’re now looking for a capable Office Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Abou the Role
This is a varied, fast-paced position where you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing end-to-end administrative support across operations
- Supporting accounts functions, including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Invoicing and purchase orders
- General ledger support
- Coordinating inventory and maintaining accurate records
- Scheduling jobs and allocating resources
- Managing workflow and tracking job progress
- Responding to urgent issues and helping resolve operational challenges
- Providing general coordination across internal teams

- Proven experience in an administration and/or accounts support role
- Strong work ethic with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Confident using systems and picking up new tools quickly
- Experience with Adecco or Tradie On the Move is advantageous but not essential
- Flexible part-time hours (25–30 per week)
- Opportunity to step into a more senior admin or office management role over time
- Supportive, practical team environment with genuine flexibility for school hours
- Initial 6-month contract with potential to move permanent
