to join a leading mining operation, supporting multiple sites across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation for multiple WA mining sites
- Manage onboarding, compliance, inductions, and site readiness
- Book and coordinate flights, accommodation, and site access
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, site teams, and external providers
- Maintain accurate mobilisation records and system data
- Ensure all personnel meet site and client compliance requirements
- Previous experience in a Mobilisation Coordinator role within mining/resources
- Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors (essential)
- Experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar mobilisation
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 12-week contract with immediate start
- Monday to Friday Perth-based role (no site travel required)
