About the Role
- 2-5 days per week Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm
- Competitive hourly rate
- MedTech Evolution and ACC claims experience
- Customer service – answering calls, responding to enquiries, greeting patients
- Booking/rescheduling patient appointments
- Checking emails and incoming mail and responding accordingly
- Maintaining patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Patient enrolments
- Scanning documentation
- General administrative duties as needed
- Medical Reception experience a must
- MedTech Evolution experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive hourly rate
