We're partnering with a growing consultancy in the mining and heavy industry sector to find an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and enhance the company's marketing capability.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll work closely with the company founders to strengthen brand awareness, improve lead generation, optimise marketing systems, and implement smarter ways of working through technology and AI.
We're open to engaging the right person on an ongoing contract, temporary basis, or as an independent marketing consultant. The priority is finding someone with the right experience who can make an immediate impact.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Manage advertising campaigns and monitor performance across multiple platforms
- Design, manage and optimise the company website, while overseeing social media setup, content scheduling, platform management and ongoing brand presence across key channels.
- Oversee CRM integration, optimisation and ongoing management
- Build and maintain automated marketing workflows and customer journeys
- Identify and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and business processes
- Manage marketing data, customer databases and lead generation activities
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
- Create strategies to improve lead quality, conversion and customer engagement
- Work closely with the founders to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives
- Manage external marketing suppliers and digital partners where required
You're a proactive marketing professional who enjoys a start- up environment, improving systems, solving problems and delivering measurable business outcomes. You thrive working independently, are comfortable wearing multiple hats, and enjoy helping growing businesses scale.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager or Marketing Consultant
- Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta or similar)
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, integration and ongoing optimisation
- Experience implementing marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns
- Knowledge of AI tools and how they can be applied to marketing and business operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign and customer data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working autonomously
- Experience within professional services, engineering, mining or industrial sectors will be highly regarded
