About the job opportunity
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns, content creation, marketing collateral, website updates, social media activity, and CRM administration. The Marketing Assistant will join the Christchurch-based team on a fixed-term contract for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to build on their marketing experience across digital, design, communications, reporting, and sales support activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials, brochures, sales collateral, and promotional content
- Supporting marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, website content, and advertising initiatives
- Writing, editing, and proofreading marketing communications, articles, and promotional material
- Coordinating marketing requests and supporting sales teams with marketing resources and collateral
- Assisting with CRM administration, reporting, Salesforce support, and database management
- Supporting project delivery, product promotions, events, and wider marketing initiatives as required
- Supportive and friendly team environment with ongoing training and development opportunities

- A degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, along with previous experience in a marketing coordination, marketing assistant, or similar role

- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and marketing platforms, with exposure to Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded
- A proactive approach and willingness to support a busy team across a broad range of marketing activities
