Join a growing WA marine construction contractor delivering varied and technically interesting works across jetties, marinas, boat ramps, piling, demolition and commercial marine infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Marine Supervisor to lead site crews on upcoming Perth-based marine projects, including major works in Rockingham and boat ramp and marina projects across WA. This is a hands-on role suited to a practical Marine Supervisor who can lead from the front, keep works moving and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.

The role
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities across marine construction works from barges
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and site logistics
  • Read and interpret drawings, programmes and work packs
  • Drive safe work practices, quality outcomes and efficient production
  • Work closely with project engineers and project managers to resolve site issues
  • Maintain daily records, site paperwork and communication with the project team
About you
  • Supervisory experience on marine construction projects including piling works from construction barges
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and manage subcontractors
  • Practical understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality requirements
  • Confident communicator with strong planning and problem-solving ability
  • Marine construction experience will be highly regarded on jetties, wharfs, marinas, floating walkways, pontoons or similar
  • Currently Perth based, with existing Australian work rights

  • Typical metro site hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturday work uncommon outside major project requirements
  • Rockingham project hours Monday to Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, with Saturdays around 7:00am-2:00pm pending concrete pours or piling activities
