Lead a High-Performing Industrial Coatings Team
Lead a high-performing Blast & Paint workshop, overseeing safety, quality, productivity and project delivery. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to manage skilled teams and deliver outstanding outcomes across engineering, maintenance, infrastructure and industrial projects.
About the Role
Reporting into senior operations leadership, you'll be responsible for managing all day-to-day workshop activities while leading a team focused on safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients, operational teams and support functions to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage blast and paint workshop operations.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity and on-time project delivery.
- Mentor and develop workshop teams to achieve high performance.
- Build strong client relationships and support small works pricing and planning.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role you'll bring:
- Proven experience in industrial blasting, protective coatings and workshop operations.
- Strong leadership background managing teams in industrial or maintenance environments.
- Sound knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation and quality standards.
- Experience driving productivity, workflow, resource management and project delivery.
- Commercially aware, client-focused and a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills.
