About the Role In this role, you will:
- Deliver practical SAP S/4HANA training to maintenance and corporate teams
- Use your maintenance experience to align training with real operational workflows
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and training schedules
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure training supports standard maintenance processes
- Travel to operational sites to deliver on‑site training (approx. one week per month)
- Support continuous improvement across systems, processes, and training delivery
- Strong maintenance background with experience in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management / Maintenance
- Prior SAP maintenance experience (beyond purely systems‑focused roles)
- Experience delivering instructor‑led training (face‑to‑face and online)
- Ability to create clear, effective training materials and documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to operational sites
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Extensive experience as a lead instructor delivering SAP system training
- Mining industry experience highly desirable
