Available Shift:

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a busy Brisbane-based manufacturing facility.

Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, maintaining production quality, and ensuring daily production targets are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
  • Monitoring product quality and conducting routine quality checks
  • Loading raw materials and removing finished products
  • Troubleshooting minor machine faults and reporting issues
  • Operating roll forming machinery (experience highly regarded)
  • Working closely with production teams to meet daily targets
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Roll forming experience highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to follow production schedules and quality standards
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on duties
  • Current Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential
