My client is a highly regarded specialist Auckland law firm looking to grow its team with talented Solicitors and Senior Solicitors at the 2-5 year PQE level.
This is far from a traditional general practice role. You'll work on sophisticated Relationship Property, Trusts and Estates disputes, often involving significant assets, complex ownership structures and challenging legal issues.
You'll have the opportunity to manage your own files, meet directly with clients, work alongside leading King's Counsel and gain meaningful courtroom experience. The work is varied, technically challenging and offers exposure to some particularly significant litigation.

To be considered for this role, you will be a NZ admitted solicitor with approximately 2-5 years' PQE and a genuine interest in litigation.
Experience in Family Law, Relationship Property, Trusts, Estates or civil litigation would be highly regarded.
You'll have strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills, together with the confidence to manage matters and communicate directly with clients.
You'll enjoy working through complex legal issues, be comfortable taking responsibility for your work and have the motivation to develop your advocacy skills.
