We're seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join a busy healthcare and wellbeing business in Dunedin.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

About the Role As the face of the business, you'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Managing appointments, bookings, cancellations, and diary changes
  • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • General reception and administration support
  • Assisting with stock and equipment management
  • Supporting clinicians and the wider team as required
  • Ensuring reception and waiting areas remain tidy and professional
About You

Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right person.
