About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Recruiter / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and achieving results.
In this role, you'll recruit quality candidates while also supporting business development by identifying new client opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through phone calls, networking, and referrals.
- Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
- Negotiate placements and support successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and recruitment systems.
- Work towards individual and team sales and recruitment targets.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident speaking with people over the phone and in person.
- Is motivated by achieving goals and earning incentives.
- Has strong organisational and time management skills.
- Is resilient, positive, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development is an advantage but not essential.
- Holds a valid New Zealand driver's license (preferred).
