An Experienced and Motivated Lead Joiner is required for the day to day operation of a manufacturing facility. This is a hands on leadership role to include mentoring, coordination of factory production, maintaining quality standards and leading by example.

  • Factory Leadership
  • Production Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Manufacturing Standards
  • Health and Safety Compliance
Key Attributes:
  • Minimum 3yrs experience
  • Qualified Joiner or Carpenter
  • Residential and commercial joinery experience
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High Attention to detail
You will be working closely with the Managing Director, Project Managers, Designers, Installers and Suppliers as well as leading from the front by setting an example for staff including apprentices, factory workers and labourers.
This is a fulltime role for someone with a high attention to detail, is calm under pressure and is looking for a new challenge with a market leading joinery/manufacturing company. The job is based in Cromwell, Central Otago - if you are looking to relocate from another region, assistance will be considered on a case by case basis.
