- Managing inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stocktakes
- Operating Reach and Man-Up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Processing stock movements within the warehouse management system
- Supporting efficient warehouse operations and organisation
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Current Reach and Man-Up (Stock Picker) licences
- Previous warehouse inventory experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good computer skills and confidence using inventory systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Experience using Microsoft Navision or a similar ERP/WMS system (highly advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate stock variances
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check
