Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Intermediate Recruitment Consultant to join our Wellington team.

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong partnerships with clients and candidates. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage our established market presence and client base. We provide the tools, support, and create the platform for success.

Our recruiters run a combined contractor and permanent desks, once established its continuous revenue with uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Source, interview, and assess quality candidates.
- Write engaging job advertisements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct business development activities and identify new opportunities.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
- Negotiate offers and manage successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- 1- 3+ years' recruitment experience, either agency or from hunting sales role.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset.
- Confidence in business development and networking.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
