This role offers a mix of service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installation work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients. Whether you're an experienced service technician or a refrigeration mechanic looking for long-term stability, you'll be joining a business with a strong reputation, supportive culture and consistent pipeline of work.
You'll work alongside experienced supervisors and skilled tradespeople on a range of commercial and industrial HVAC installations, with opportunities for continued development and progression within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs
- Service and maintenance across a range of commercial and industrial sites
- System upgrades, replacements and minor installation works
- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications and technical documentation
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards
- Maintaining strong client relationships and professional site representation
- Working closely with supervisors and site teams to deliver quality outcomes
- $55 - $65 per hour + OT + super (Full Time)
- $60+ per hour + OT (Casual)
- Company vehicle and fuel card

- Project uplifts ranging from $3 - $10/hr + super depending on site and scope
- LAFHA provided for projects requiring travel

- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC projects
- Current QBCC Licence (where applicable)
- Current ARCtick Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence highly regarded
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
