  • Provide practical HR support and advice to employees and leaders across a blue-collar workforce.
  • Assist with performance management matters, including documentation, meetings and follow-up actions.

  • Support HR projects, policy rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work independently, manage competing priorities and proactively identify solutions.
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to a hands-on, fast-paced HR environment where visibility and employee engagement are important.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role, ideally within heavy industry, mining, construction, manufacturing or a blue-collar environment.
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, mobilisation and the broader employee lifecycle.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills across employees, supervisors and senior leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational and hands-on environment.
Culture:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative business where people are genuinely valued. You will be part of a positive team environment with opportunities to further develop your HR career long term.
