About the role:
This is a permanent, full-time Christchurch-based opportunity focused on supporting the implementation and ongoing management of a Workday HRIS platform across Australia and New Zealand.
Initially, you will play a key role in a structured Workday rollout, working closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners. Following implementation, your focus will shift to system optimisation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
This role suits someone with HR systems exposure who is looking to deepen their Workday experience in a supportive and well-resourced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Workday implementation, testing, and optimisation
- Maintain system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance
- Assist with system configuration and process improvements
- Provide ongoing HRIS support across the ANZ business
- Partner with stakeholders to improve system functionality
- Support reporting and HR data insights where required
- Act as a key contact for system-related queries
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday highly desirable
- Background in HRIS, HR, or payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy focus
- Confident working across systems and technology platforms
- Ability to support testing, implementation, and BAU systems
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Open to junior, graduate, or experienced profiles with the right mindset
