About the Role:

As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the broader HR function across recruitment, training and development, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

This is a true generalist HR role where no two days will look the same. You will work closely with the HR team and broader business to coordinate face-to-face and online training programs, manage recruitment processes end-to-end, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of HR systems and processes.

The role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and facilitating face-to-face training sessions for interns and employees
• Organising travel, schedules, agendas, presentations, and presenter coordination
• Managing online training modules through the CRM system
• Coordinating feedback surveys and training reporting
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
• Supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Assisting with HR administration, compliance, and reporting
• Providing day-to-day support to leaders and employees across HR processes

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within a HR Coordinator or generalist HR role
• Recruitment Experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
