We’re partnered with a well-established mining organisation in the Bowen Basin, seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support site-based operations.
This is a hands-on role working closely with leaders on site, providing support across the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR delivery.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent HR practices across the site while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability within a well-performing asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across site operations
- Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and case management
- Assist with workforce planning and recruitment activities
- Support performance management and development processes
- Contribute to enterprise agreement application and IR processes
- Drive engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across site
- Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and IR processes
- Confident supporting leaders in a site-based environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Practical, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
