Multi Skilled Operators
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Multi Skilled Operators for upcoming bulk earthworks projects in Tauranga. These are expected to be longer term opportunities with multiple positions potentially available.
Equipment may include:
• Tractor and trailer units
• Slurry tankers and water carts
• Large compaction rollers
• Moxy dump trucks
• Excavators, loaders and dozers
Key responsibilities:
• Safely operating plant and equipment you are trained and competent to use
• Completing bulk excavation and general earthworks
• Loading trucks, digging trenches and trimming batters
• Conducting daily pre start checks and reporting equipment issues
• Supporting the wider crew with general ground duties when required
• Following all site safety procedures
To be considered, you will need:
• Recent experience operating several of the machines listed above
• Proven bulk earthworks or civil construction experience
• A minimum Full Class 1 licence
• Current Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsements
• Site Safe or ConstructSafe certification
• A reliable work history with contactable references
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• The ability to pass pre employment checks
Tauranga based candidates are preferred, although experienced operators willing to work in Tauranga are also encouraged to apply.
