We are partnering with a well-established Heavy Transport workshop with a strong presence across Auckland. Known for supporting fleet operators with reliable, high-quality servicing, this business offers a busy and varied workshop environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team working across a wide range of truck and trailer units. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys diagnostics, problem-solving, and keeping fleets moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults across heavy diesel trucks and trailers
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Complete inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with the wider workshop team

About you
- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working on heavy trucks and/or trailers
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- Team player with good communication skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
