You will be responsible for building and growing a temporary healthcare recruitment desk, working alongside a highly successful permanent healthcare consultant. Leveraging existing client relationships, you will support workforce continuity across hospitals, aged care and community services while developing your own specialist temp market.

Duties
- Build and grow a temporary healthcare recruitment desk
- Work alongside a successful permanent healthcare consultant
- Supply temporary staff into healthcare environments
- Coordinate bookings, rosters and workforce availability
- Ensure compliance, credentialing and aftercare standards
Skills & experience
- Recruitment or healthcare sector experience preferred
- Strong organisation and desk‑building capability
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Confident communicator in fast‑paced environments
