Daily Duties:
- Hands-on maintenance and rebuilds of small CAT machine components
- Strip, inspect, rebuild, and test components to OEM standards
- Inspect and measure internal parts against reusability guidelines.
- Accurately complete inspection and quality control documentation.
- Work as part of a skilled workshop team using industry-leading tooling and processes
You believe in fostering a positive work culture and ongoing growth, ensuring we always put our people first.
- Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant Technology required.
- Experience working on light vehicles forklifts, and small mobile plant equipment is advantageous.
- OEM training - CAT are highly regarded.
- High attention to detail required
- Forklift and HRWL licences are highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to complete pre‑employment requirements
- Proficient in computer skills with programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and ideally SAP.
