Role purpose and KPIs:
 
The role is involved in and executes Go-to-Market (GTM) activities, in particular planogramming, as well as other GTM administrative tasks, with an initial focus on retail optimisation for key customers. The role reports into the Category Manager to ensure that planograms are properly set up and maintained using Optimum Retailing software, as well as supporting other GTM activities. The candidate will also be responsible for manual reporting, product image editing, and assisting with various operational tasks.
 
Key Performance Indicators: Timely planogramming set up, on-time product launches, customer satisfaction, increase in accessories gross margin returns post set up of >30%.
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
Planogramming set up · Manage the setup and maintenance of planograms (including collecting and/or validating fixture data) for key customers using Optimum Retailing software. · Review and verify the accuracy of existing planogram data, ensuring proper configuration and compliance with customer needs. · Load and update planogram information as required. · Work with customers to ensure planograms are meeting their needs and generating improved commercial returns.
Go to Market Activities - including customer engagement, reporting, and other admin tasks
 
· Working with the Category Manager, product and sales teams and/or key
customers, provide input into designing all relevant Go-to-Market strategy and activities.
· Ensure all GTM outputs, including timelines, deliverables, and product presentations, deliver to customer needs and align with organisational goals.
· Regularly engage with the right GTM and Planogram contacts within customers and Optimum
retailing to build valuable long term relationships.
· Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure that our service delivery is meeting or exceeding customer expectations and escalate where it is not.
· Deliver strong commercial returns through executing promotional activity
with excellence.
· Perform manual reporting tasks, including the collection and organisation of data related to GTM activities.
· Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
· Edit and resize product images for use on internal platforms and customer-facing websites.
· Ensure product visuals meet company, vendor and customer requirements in terms of quantity, quality and consistency.
· Provide general administrative support to the Category Manager, including document management, meeting coordination, and task tracking.
· Assist with the identification of manual tasks that can be automated, working with Ops/Finance teams to systematise processes.
· Handle other tasks as assigned by management to support daily operations. · Working with the Category Manager, product and operations teams (and relevant vendors), help to manage the product lifecycle from identification through to market exit, actively develop promotional plans for sell-through, to monitor and report on results, to regularly provide feedback and to help to manage obsolescence risks etc.
· Ensure that all decision-making and expenditure authorisation follows the documented process and policy and is adhered to.
· Reduce legal and compliance risks through owning and driving appropriate activities.
· Overall, operate in such a way as to reduce the potential occurrence of financial or commercial surprises and, if these do occur, communicate early. · From time to time, undertake other critical tasks, as directed by the Category Manager and/or  Director of Transformation.

Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience: · Mandatory: 3+ years GTM experience - understanding GTM strategies, preferably in the retail and/or Consumer Electronics sectors · Mandatory: 3+ years planogramming experience, ideally using Optimum Retailing Software · Mandatory: 3+ years experience in confidently presenting to internal stakeholders and external customers · Mandatory: Familiarity with basic image editing tools for resizing and formatting product images · Mandatory: Commercial acumen. Proven skills in developing GTM options and recommendations to drive strong commercial return · Mandatory: Analytical capability.
