About the Role
As an Operator / General Labourer, you’ll help make, pack, and move building products safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow into permanent roles.
What You’ll Do
- Operate roll forming and materials handling equipment
- Pack and dispatch products accurately and on time
- Keep your work area safe and clean, following OH&S procedures
- Report faults, incidents, and production updates
- Help improve processes and support your team
- Previous manufacturing or labouring experience helpful but not required
- Forklift licence is a plus (not essential)
- Understand and follow safety and quality rules
- Team player with reliability and initiative
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
Day: Mon–Thu 6am–2:30pm, Fri 6am–12pm
Afternoon: Mon–Thu 2pm–10:30pm, Fri 12pm–6pm
