About the Role
As an Operator / General Labourer, you’ll work across production, materials handling, and packing, ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, quality, and collaboration, with opportunities to develop technical and operational skills.
Your Day-to-Day
- Operate roll forming and materials handling equipment to produce building products.
- Ensure products are packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following OH&S procedures.
- Report faults, incidents, and production updates promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team members as required.
- Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment (preferred but not essential).
- Forklift License is a plus, not essential
- Knowledge of safety and quality assurance systems.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and initiative.
- Basic computer skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
