About the Role
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be operating gantry cranes and machinery, handling materials, and supporting the team to keep production moving efficiently. This role suits someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a tight-knit crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating gantry cranes to move materials safely
- Operating roll forming and production equipment
- Loading, unloading, and handling materials
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Reporting faults or issues promptly
- Working with the team to meet daily production targets
- Experience operating gantry cranes (essential)
- Labouring, factory, or warehouse experience
- Forklift licence (advantage, not essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-focused attitude with willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- PM shift – $37.16 p/h + overtime penalties
- Ongoing Monday to Friday work with full-time hours
