As a Field Service Technician, you'll work independently across the Southland region diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of construction equipment. This is a varied, hands-on role offering plenty of autonomy, problem-solving, customer interaction, and the opportunity to work on some of the industry's leading machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out services, diagnostics, & repairs on Construction equipment in the workshop & out in the Field
- Across a range of equipment fault find mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Communicate clearly with the internal team and deliver quality customer service
- Complete accurate job documentation, reports, and warranty paperwork to a high standard
- Receive weekly pay with paid overtime

- Trade Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or relevant qualification
- Ability to diagnose & repair mechanical and hydraulic faults
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Previous experience working on Heavy plant & Equipment preferred
