- Diagnose, Service, & maintain construction equipment in the workshop and field
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance
- Complete service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent qualification
- Experience working on construction, earthmoving, materials handling, or other heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Full NZ drivers license
- Weekly pay plus Overtime rates
