This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a region , working on highly specialised machinery with strong OEM backing.
The Role
Based out of a satellite branch, you’ll operate in a hybrid role combining field service, diagnostics, and light branch support.
This is not your typical workshop job — you’ll be the go-to technical expert in the region , working directly with customers and taking full ownership of outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Field service, fault finding, and diagnostics
- Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Servicing and maintaining specialised drilling and civil equipment
- New machine assembly and commissioning
- Supporting parts enquiries and customer technical support
- Working closely with the national team and sales function
- Background in heavy diesel / plant / earthmoving equipment (non-truck focused ideal)
- Strong electrical and diagnostic capability (especially wear & tear fault finding)
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Confident, approachable, and customer-facing
- Someone who takes ownership and pride in their work
This is a genuinely different opportunity — you’re not just another technician on the floor. The role will involve client interaction, aftersales support and some off the tools duties to refine your development.
