With a strong pipeline of work and continued national growth, the business is expanding its commercial finance team and is looking to appoint a Junior Management Accountant.
About the role:
Reporting to an experienced Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your management accounting capability while gaining exposure to budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business partnering.
This role would suit someone early in their career who is looking to accelerate their development.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with month-end reporting, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare financial analysis, variance reporting and commercial insights to support business performance.
- Develop financial models and assist with business case and project analysis.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to support decision-making and improve commercial outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting processes and business performance.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine desire to build a career in commercial finance. Technical capability is important, but equally important is your willingness to learn, take ownership and get involved.
You'll ideally bring:
- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
- CA or CPA commenced (or an intention to commence)
- 3+ years' accounting experience within commercial finance or public practice
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
- Well-developed communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business
- Exposure to industrial, mining, engineering, manufacturing or project-based environments will be highly regarded
