- Opportunities across multiple civil crews (drainage, watermain, K&C, earthworks)
- Long-term potential for reliable and experienced workers
- Work alongside skilled foremen and established Wellington teams
- Proven experience in civil works including drainage, watermain, kerb & channel, or earthworks
- Confined Space and/or WTR endorsements (preferred but not essential)
- Valid Site Safe Passport
- Strong understanding of health & safety on active sites
- Ability to work well within a crew and follow instructions from a foreman
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Class 1 licence required; Class 2 highly advantageous
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
- Safety-focused with good situational awareness
- Able to communicate well and work within a team environment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in an active civil setting
