Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a reputable electrical contractor delivering works on the Reefton Solar Farm project. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee site operations, lead electrical teams, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity to combine your technical expertise with strong leadership skills on a major renewable energy project. An immediate start is available, with the potential for the successful candidate to transition into a permanent role with our client following the initial project phase.
About You
- NZ Registered Electrician with a current practising licence
- Proven experience supervising electrical teams on large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and site compliance
- Ability to coordinate labour, materials, and project schedules
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project documentation
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence
