We’re seeking a Gold Coast-based Leading Hand Electrician to join a high-end residential project located in Burleigh Heads.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician a few years post-trade who is ready to step into a leadership role, working alongside an experienced site supervisor and contributing to a premium beachfront development.

- Level 3 boarded
- Carpark lighting installation underway
- MSB & MDB installation scheduled for July (yet to be powered)
- Project completion: December 2027
- Strong pipeline of ongoing Gold Coast projects with this developer
- Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 6 electricians
- Work closely with on-site Supervisor and visiting Project Manager
- Assist with daily site operations, planning, and task allocation
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Hands-on electrical installation across all project stages
- Qualified Electrician with current licence
- Ideally 2–5 years post-trade experience
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand or step-up role preferred
- Strong work ethic and team leadership skills
- Ability to run jobs efficiently under supervision
- Reliable and Gold Coast based
