You'll be involved in:
- Designing electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility applications
- Developing methodologies and procedures that translate electrical theory into engineering deliverables
- Reviewing technical drawings and electrical system specifications to ensure compliance with standards
- Preparing feasibility studies and specifications for materials and equipment
- Contributing to capital project programmes and assisting with budget development and estimating
- Conducting field surveys and analysing data to identify and resolve power system challenges
- Mentoring and supporting graduate engineers within the team
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven ability to produce electrical and control system designs independently
- Strong budgeting and estimation experience across electrical projects
- Background in project management within an electrical or industrial environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver to deadlines without needing to be chased
- A trade background prior to engineering qualification is highly favourable
