  • Coach leaders to conduct effective safety conversations and manage risk.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities across safety systems and processes.
  • Support incident investigations, risk management and contractor management.
  • Ensure EHS systems are embedded into daily operations and add practical value.
  • Monitor performance trends and use data to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
  • Support compliance with relevant safety and environmental management systems.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' EHS experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or a similar operational environment.
  • Relevant EHS qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and workplace safety systems.
  • Experience influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience driving safety culture and behavioural safety programs.
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI would be advantageous.

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Salary sacrifice options.
  • Service recognition programs.
  • Employee referral incentives.
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
